minimum stay of two (2) nights is required. In the
event that the guest(s) checks out early, an
additional charge of $12.00 per person will be
assessed.

Due to space capacity, it is highly recommended
that advance reservation of 24 hour prior to
arrival be made. The Waikiki Sand Villa Hotel
is not responsible in the event where a last
minute reservation is unable to be accommodated.

two (2) airline check-in luggage. The Waikiki Sand
Villa Hotel is not responsible for any
additional charges that may incur due to (but
not limited to), additional persons, excess or
oversized baggage.

It is
highly necessary that you provide all flights
details
(airline company, flight #, arrival dates and
time) and information when making your
reservations. If proper information is not
provided, the hotel will not be held responsible
for any non-pickups.

Waikiki Sand Villa Hotel and Ilima Tours and
Transportation will make every effort to
maintain the schedule noted, however, we are not
responsible for any delays including (but not
limited to), caused by Acts of God, authority of
Law, flight delays, accidents, breakdowns, road
conditions, or work stoppages and cannot
guarantee arrival time.

In
the event of flight changes, please notify
reservations at (800) 247-1903 between the time
of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Hawaii time, 24 hours
prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 24
hour time period will result in a full charge of
$12.00 per person.

The

Transportation are not responsible for any items
left on the vehicles including (but not limited
to), baggage, clothing, cash, cameras, etc.

No-shows will be assessed a charge of $12.00 per
person.
